Socio-Legal Defence Centre

Established in June 2020, our Socio-Legal Defence Centre works tirelessly to provide integrated educational, social, and legal services to vulnerable children and young people in Beirut suburbs at high risk of exploitation, abuse, and arrest. Through weekly legal counselling sessions and awareness-raising workshops on juvenile law, legal residency, refugee rights, and more, we strive to improve protection for vulnerable youth while building the capacities of civil society and government staff.
